Yoshiko (Yashimi) Loughlin of Seaford, Virginia died peacefully at her home on June 13, 2015 after a period of failing health.

Yoshiko was born in Kyoto Japan on June 22, 1930.

Yoshiko found much joy working in her flower garden especially taking care of her many roses.

Dear wife of the late Retired Master Chief Petty Officer Edward J. (Bud) Loughlin whom she met while he was serving in the Navy. She was the Sister in Law of Dorothy M. Loughlin of Venice Florida and the late John C. Loughlin.

She was the Beloved Aunt of Dorothy M. DelPrete of Rockland, John F. Loughlin of Norwell, Margaret M. Jones of Plymouth, Catherine A. Stewart of Rockland, Edward J. Loughlin of Rockland, Janice T. Finnin of Bourne, Paul C. Loughlin of Rockland, Nancy J. Amaral of Forestdale and Patricia E. Lucas of Shelby, North Carolina. Also surviving are her dear friend Yoshiko Wymer and her family. The family welcomes friends and loved ones to celebrate her life on Friday June 19, 2015 at 10:30 AM prior to a funeral service at 11:30 AM in the Magoun-Biggins Funeral Home 135 Union St. Rockland, MA. Burial will follow the services in Holy Family Cemetery.
