Dear Ellie and family, I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Bill, my clam eating buddy. I first met Bill at my brother's Bill Richards) wedding; over a huge vat of steamed clams. We became fast friends. Since that time, I have always thought of him while enjoying steamed clams; and I always will. He was a wonderful, jovial man and will be missed. Christine Fogarty

I knew and adored Bill from when I worked at the Golf Course. Every time he golfed, he would come in the restaurant and say hello before he went out. It was always a bright start to my day. I was so impressed that he never took a cart . . . he walked all 9 holes every time! I also watched him suffer with illness at Southwood and always prayed for him. Although I will miss his sweet smile, I pray that Jesus has taken him home and far away from all his pain.
