William E. McKenzie "Mac" age 79, of Hanover died on August 4, 2015 at the South Shore Hospital in Weymouth. He was born in Hingham, and was raised and educated there graduating from Hingham High School. Mr. McKenzie was a proud veteran of our nations armed services, serving in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. "Mac" worked as a printer for many years at the Halliday Lithograph Company. He enjoyed his collection of Disney and clocks, along with smoking a good cigar. William was the Husband of Beverly A. (Cleaves) McKenzie of Hanover. He was the Father of Wanda Goodwin and her Husband James of Pembroke, Lori Antoine and her Husband Thomas of Kingston. Brother of Dorothy Parsons and Richard McKenzie of Hanover. Grandfather of Matthew Goodwin, Mackenzie "Little Mac" Goodwin of Pembroke, Robert Antoine and Lorissa Antoine of Kingston. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. The family welcomes friends and family to celebrate Mac's life on Monday, August 10, 2015 at the Magoun-Biggins Funeral Home, 135 Union Street Rockland from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM. A funeral home service will be held at 12:00 PM Burial will follow the services in the Hanover Center Cemetery. In Lieu of Flowers, a donation in his name can be made to Dana-Farber.
