William A. Fopiano, of Rockland, November 4, 2006 Age 83. Brother of the late John, Charles, Arthur, Richard, Henry, George and Mary Fopiano. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. A Funeral was held from the Magoun-Biggins Funeral Home, 135 Union St. ROCKLAND on Thursday, November 9th at 8:15 AM. A Funeral Mass followed in Holy Family Church at 9:00 AM. Calling Hours were on Wednesday, November 8th from 5-8 PM. Donations may be made to the Activity Fund of Mildred Alford Nursing Home, 81 Birch St. No. Abington, MA 02351. Mr. Fopiano died at the Mildred Alford Nursing Home on Saturday after a period of failing health. He was born in Weymouth son of the late John A. and Mary A. (Schultz) Fopiano and was raised and educated there. He has made his home in Rockland since 1942. He retired several years ago after 20 years of service as a custodian at St. Francis Cemetery in Weymouth. Burial followed the Funeral Mass in St. Francis Cemetery .
