Obituary For Vincent Falco

It is with great sadness the family of Vincent Falco announces his passing peacefully in his home, on July 14th, 2021 at the age of 81. Vincent was born in Foggia, Italy on June 22nd, 1940 to Angelo Falco & Maria (Frontino) Falco. He was A loving husband of the late Barbara Falco whom he missed dearly.

He was known to most as Papa or Vinny.
Vinny traveled from Italy to America at the young age of 10 for a better life. He worked in a junk yard, as a mechanic, and eventually opened up his own shop known as Vinny’s Auto Service in Rockland. He enjoyed cooking (especially his sauce and meatballs), gardening and taking care of his home. More than anything he enjoyed his family Sunday dinners and ending the day with Lawrence Welk.

Vincent was the loving father to Angelo Falco of Rockland, Marianne and her husband Wayne Warmington of Hanson, Lisa Falco and John Feneck of Rockland, and the late Maureen Hackett. He was the brother of Anna Brancaccio, Salvatore Falco, Ralph Falco, Carmen Falco, and the late Joseph and Anthony Falco. He was the grandfather of 11, Jordan McDonald and her husband Patrick McDonald. Alyson Feneck, David, Rene and Robert Hackett, Jeffrey and Stephany Warmington, Alyssa, Matt, Ryan and Nicole Falco. He also had 4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Vinny will always be remembered for his kindness and dedication to his family and friends. He will be loved forever and missed greatly by all who knew him.

The family invites friends and loved ones to the Magoun-Biggins Funeral Home, located at 135 Union Street in Rockland on Monday, July 19th from 4-7 p.m. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, July 20th h at Holy Family Church in Rockland at 9:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Holy Family Cemetery in Rockland.

  • Thoughts and prayers today Falco's, are used to work with Vinny suburban auto parts one of the nicest guys I have ever met, I can remember sat in the car on fire and they wanted to fire me and then he talked them into letting me stay ha ha. He was a great guy. Rest In Peace my friend.
