Thomas P McGuiness (Boo-Boo) of Rockland diedpeacefully at home October 4, 2018 after a period of failing health. Tom was born in Boston, son of the late James and Marie McGuiness.

Tom was raised and educated in Rockland, a graduate of Rockland High School. Tom was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan always looking forward to Spring Training after the end of the Football season.

Tom is survived by his sister Catherine Muzrall and her husband David of Rockland, his brothers James McGuiness and wife Leanne of Rockland, Robert McGuiness of Stoughton and Kevin McGuiness and wife Cheri of Hanson. Tom is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held in The Magoun-Biggins Funeral Home, 135 Union Street in Rockland from 4-7 PM on Wednesday evening. A Funeral mass will be held in The Holy Family Church, 403 Union Street, Rockland on Thursday at 9:00 AM. Burial will be private.
