Thomas B. Parker was a longtime resident of Rockland, formerly of the west end of Boston. He passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday October 21st surrounded by his loving family. Son of the late William and Eliza (Miller) Parker.

Thomas was a retired truck driver. He was a local 25 teamster member for many years.

Thomas is predeceased in death by his late wife Elizabeth “Betty” Parker. He was a loving father of Patricia and her husband Thomas McSweeney of Rockland, Debra and her husband Robert Newcomb of Rockland, Thomas Parker and his wife Teresa Fabani of East Bridgewater, and Mary Parker of Rockland. Grandfather to Ashley and Samantha Newcomb of Rockland, Taylor and Thomas McSweeney of Rockland, and Joseph Parker of East Bridgewater. The brother to the late James, William, and Frederick Parker, Tina Coggins, Margaret “Peggy” Alfieri, Mary Matranga, and Barbara Perillo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his close family friends Kayla Lee and Jean McKinnon.

He loved playing Keno, watching the Boston Red Sox, and spending time with his grandchildren and family. He was always the #1 fan at his grandkids sporting events.

The family welcomes friends and loved ones to celebrate his life Friday October 27 from 5-8 at Magoun Biggins Funeral Home (135 Union Street Rockland,Ma). A funeral mass will be held Saturday October 28 at 10:30 at St. Bridget's Church, 435 Plymouth St. in Abington. Burial will follow at the Holy Family Cemetery in Rockland.
