I can't sum up everything I want to say about my mother in a few words but here's an example of the thought, love and care that she always provided. Are you familiar with raspberry danishes that you can purchase at the grocery store? Well, I sure am, and will never forget what they are. Somehow my mother realized I liked raspberry danishes so when I came over the house to visit her in Abington every week she would have a raspberry danish to give me. I liked them and would eat them but eventually they started to pile up in my freezer. A few led to a few more, then probably over ten of them and the collection kept growing. Sherry and myself were going to sell them at a yard sale, we gave some away to neighbors. I didn't have the heart to say she didn't have to buy me one every week and led her to think we ate them all. I believe I eventually said I was dieting so it's best I didn't eat anymore raspberry danishes. I was eventually able to store other items to my freezer. This is just one example of how caring and thoughtful this woman was even with something as simple as giving me endless raspberry danishes. You'll always be loved and missed forever.

Sherry Laurendeau
We are all heartbroken over the passing of Mum (Shirley Ruzycki) and she will be missed. It was an honor for my daughter Teisha and I to have cared for her in her final years and days. She accepted me as her daughter and was so proud to call Teisha her granddaughter and have her by her side during the end her life journey. I will never forget the selflessness of Mum, the nurturing and sacrifices she made for her faimly and only to hope to be half the beautiful soul she is. Mum we will forever love you and never forget all you taught us. We are blessed to have made you smile and laugh. RIP Mum, Mimi.
