Dear Sharon: I still can't believe how cruel fate has been to take you away from us at such a young age. I didn't get to reminisce about the years that you babysat us (including the time my cat mistook you teasing me for something else and attacked you!) to the honor of being in your wedding, to learning those AWESOME dance moves you had. Boy did you have a cool way of dancing. My small consolation is that now you must be surrounded with many (too many!) loved ones and are looking down at those of us left behind who are already missing you like crazy. Please keep a special eye on your sister. Love, Marina

May peace always be with you.

Sharon was a very good friend in high school. The nicest person I ever met!! I am so glad we shared the 35th reunion together. Our special group from CHLS class of 1970 all sat together remembering the old days and laughing all night. That was the last time I saw ShaSha. We were so looking forward to our next reunion. I am so sorry for your loss. I will let our classmates know that we lost a great one!!

My thoughts & prayers are with all of you during this difficult time. I worked at NET/Verizon with Sharon. She represented love & friendship and she always went the distance in both good and bad times, didn't she! Not too many can say that these days, trust me on that one. Love and friendship like hers doesn't come around every day. She displayed it all in everything that she did! May the happy, wonderful memories that all of you guys have of her bring comfort to all of you at this tough time. I'll tell you right now, you know it and I know it from knowing her the way all of us did, that she is definitely at peace and with loving family members & friends right now and she will forever live in all of our hearts & memories, always! God Bless all of you, Mary Ann Hampton, NH

Dear Nancy & Tom, When you lost your loving mother, it was Sharon who stepped in to fill her "housecoat". Who knew that July 4th would be the last time that I would see her smiling face. I'm sure "Sha Sha" and your mom are now wearing "housecoats" made of gold because she certainly had a heart made of one! Although Sharon was called home much too soon her spirit will remain forever in your hearts. Those of us who had the privilege of knowing "Sha Sha" were truly blessed to have been called her friend.

  • 05/25/2021

Buzz.. Words just cannot express the grief and shock that I am feeling right now. Your presence on earth, albeit way too short, was a Godsend for all who knew you. I feel very blessed and honored to have had you in my life. From our early years at the Phone Company to just last week, you were always an inspiration and a true and caring friend. Your laugh could light up a room and your ability to make others laugh was just incredible. May you rest in peace after meeting Buster at "The Bridge". I love you "more" my friend and I will carry you in my heart for the rest of my life. May your family find some comfort in knowing you loved them so much and more importantly, that you knew just how much they loved you too. Your Friend Forever, Joanie

I can't imagine doing a job without Sha Sha sauntering down the aisle with her stool, grinning and a half hour late. I'll even miss her singing! I hope Heaven serves chocolate milk and peanut butter pretzels at 10:00AM. Sha Sha needs her breakfast. Thank you Sharon, for everything. I'll miss you so much. Love, Robin

Oh sha-sha, i'm so sad thinking that Declan will never get to see how beautiful you hair always was every 5-6 weeks on saturdays and sundays when we would do the early morning trips to my moms and have sleep overs....you are a G.A.S.! As sad as i am though, i'm at peace knowing that we had a such a wonderful sunday so recently.....getting ice cream together, you stopping when there was no stop sign and the fact that for ONCE i didn't aggravate you from my back-seat drivers seat. Be sure to call every Turkey day and Xmas some how as you always did, same time every time ....don't worry we'll know it's you, we always did! Kiss your mum for me and look for me and Declan waving, i love you...punkin

Sha Sha, I am so glad that I got to know you and become so close in such a short time. I will always cherish our trips to Ipswich and your stories about the fun times you had with your many friends. But most of all I'll always remember how excited you were about becoming a "great aunt" and being at the hospital the day Declan was born. He'll always have his monkey to remember his Great Auntie Sha Sha. We love you
