Obituary For Russell A. White

Russell Anthony White, 50, of Brockton. Died at his home peacefully on Tuesday, January 9, 2018. He was born on October 30, 1967 in Weymouth to George and Laura White and his Mother Shirley (Chamberlain) White. Russell was raised and educated in Rockland and was a graduate of Rockland High School. He was the loving husband of Valerie White.

Russell worked as a security manager for the Mercer Corporation and loved spending time with his brothers in the Dragons Motorcycle Club. Of all things Russell enjoyed, spending time with his family meant the most to him. He enjoyed being the commissioner of his fantasy football league, coaching Pop-Warner football for a year while his kids were growing up in Rockland, NASCAR, racing and working on trucks with his boys and camping with his friends and family in Rhode Island.

Along with his wife Valerie, Russell will be dearly missed by his children David White of Brockton, Russ White of Brockton, Jonathon and Sarah White of Rockland, Amanda White of East Bridgewater and Paul and Alanda Vecchione of Rockland. Russell was the brother of Marie White of Rockland, Laurie White of Norfolk, Sherrie White-Gardner of MI and Kathie White-Tyndall of MI. He was the loving grandfather to Hunter and Lincoln White and the late Charlotte and Cheyanne White. He is survived by his aunts and uncles Bonnie and Terry Guzzio, Elaine and Kenny Zaitzs and Bev and Brian Chamberlain. His nephews and a niece Tyler Quersher, Lucas Quersher, Jackson Dyszczyk and Bobby Crepack and Nicole Keller and many cousins.

The family welcomes friends and loved ones to celebrate Russell's life on Sunday, January 14, 2018 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Magoun-Biggins Funeral Home, 135 Union Street Rockland, MA. Services will be held privately at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Russell's name can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
