Dear Rose, I wanted to express to you my deepest sympathy. Having lost my father a few weeks ago as well, I can only imagine your sorrow and empathize with your loss wholeheartedly. It is the finality of it all isn't it? The comfort is to know that our parents are at peace and no longer in any discomfort. A dear friend of mine, whose father passed away 10 years ago, told me that she has been comforted by the fact that she never has truly let her father die by talking to him everyday as if he were beside her all the time.
