Obregon and Gianna M. Rocchio.
Bob was the brother of George and Charles Soper of Abington, Donald Soper of Hanover, Jeanne Miller of Ohio and the late Herbert, David, Roberta, Mary Walter and Barbara Soper. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
The Soper family welcomes friends and loved ones to celebrate his life on Friday, August 16, 2013 from 5-8 PM in the Magoun-Biggins Funeral Home, 135 Union St. Rockland. St. John 14:2-3 In my Father's house there are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself: that were I am, there ye may be also. Our prayers are with you all.

Bob was a friend, a valued craftsman who contributed largely to our home in Abington and in Chatham. We enjoyed his humor and good old Yankee common sense. Rodney was his gopher in all our building projects and Bob was most patient, to say the least! We will miss him, a good guy!
