I was sad to learn of Dick's passing. I'll always remember the good times at Uncle Lloyd and Aunt Vera's house where Dick's sense of humor and jokes brightened the festivities. He'd offer me a drink from a clear plastic cup. It looked innocent enough-root beer at the bottom. Except when you took a drink nothing came out because the liquid was sandwiched inside two layers of clear plastic-the liquid could slog around inside the cup walls, but never come out. Dick and Uncle Fred would always burst out laughing. Dick was always teasing-good naturedly so and always with a smile. I'm sorry we weren't able to attend services, but my family and I are keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers. Love, Trish (Laura & Ralph Burns' daughter)
