I remember Dick Carter from the South Shore Neptunes. My dad, Taavi Kaldro, was also a member of the SSN with Dick. Gail, and all of Dick's family, I am so sorry for your loss and thinking of you.

I will miss my friends, Dick and Marion. Every summer I would look to see if the chimney to their cottage had been uncovered which meant that they would be coming to Wareham soon. Dick would always bring us "treasures" from the Swap Shop and Marion and I would trade books. Both of them would laugh and make fun of me every time they saw me washing my car. Dick and I both liked Westerns, we each collected canes and walking sticks and our senses of humor were a little "off center". A great guy and like I said, I will miss him.
