Raymond A. Caputo (87) of Hanover, died on August 4, 2019. Raymond was born in Chicago, son of the late Albert Dante Italia and Laura (Barrer) Caputo. Raymond was raised and educated there graduating from Austin High School as a member of the Class of 1950.

Mr. Caputo was proud to have served our country as a Corporal in The United Stated Army as a paratrooper. Raymond worked for Proctor and Gamble as a production worker for 36 years.He loved gardening and was an avid reader. Raymond was the Husband of Shirley E. (Schneider) Caputo of Hanover. Father of Raymond M. Caputo of Carver, Marianne L. Caputo of Halifax, and Jean M. Facto of Hanover. Grandfather of Sean M McGilley of Pennsylvania, Brendan J. McGilley of Halifax, Dominic L. Facto of Hanover, Nichole J. Caputo of Pembroke, Lindsay R. Caputo of Pembroke, Kacie E. Caputo of Carver, and Keegan M. Caputo of Pennsylvania.

The Caputo family invites friends and loved ones to celebrate Raymond's life on Friday, August 9, 2019 at 10:00 AM The Magoun-Biggins Funeral Home, 135 Union Street, Rockland MA 02370. Burial will follow in The Fern Hill Cemetery in Hanson.
