Priscilla Hall Morse 10/5/40 - 3/12/24

Priscilla Hall Morse, 83, died peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday March 12, 2024. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all those who knew her.

Priscilla was born in Brockton, Ma on October 5, 1940 to Howard and Erma (Goody) Hall. She graduated from Brockton High School in 1958. Following High School Priscilla worked her entire career as a bookkeeper for Dr. Cilento, Dr. Saglio, and Dr. Hodge. She treasured her time working in their practices and maintained relationships for years with them and their patients. Priscilla enjoyed taking trips to Maine with Bill in their fifth wheeler and attending the Fryeburg Fair annually with family and friends. Priscilla had a love of music and was a long time member of the Hanover Music Boosters. She loved supporting their events and chaperoning for band and chorus trips over the years. It is here she met many of her long time friends and their families. In later years, Priscilla joined the Harbor Choral Arts group where she enjoyed singing and performing with the choir for their holiday and spring concerts. Priscilla loved to bake and is well known for her famous “Butterscotch Brownies” and gifts of Christmas cookies and fudge. What she most loved was her family and friendships and keeping up with all of their adventures, sporting events, and family news.

Priscilla is survived by her husband, William Morse II, her children Jane DeGrenier and husband Leo, Whitney Carpenter and her husband Dan, and Wade Morse and his wife Marie. She is predeceased by her parents, brother Lee Hall and his wife Carolee and her son William Morse III. Priscilla is the loving grandmother of Nicholas DeGrenier, Noah DeGrenier, Blake Carpenter, Grant Morse, Devon Morse, Lucas Morse, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visiting hours will be held at the Magoun Biggins Funeral Home,135 Union Street in Rockland, Ma on Monday March 18 from 4:00-7:00. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday March 19 at 9:00 followed by interment at the Center Cemetery in Hanover.
