I new Paul from both sides of the law. We butted heads, (so to speak), when I was younger. Later on we became friendly and when he found out I also rode motorcycles he invited me to join him and his buddies on a few Blue Knight runs. I got to know him as a real and genuine person , not the person I thought he was! Rip Officer Johansen and may your wife and family find peace. John K Halifax
