Obituary For Paul A. Bonfiglio

Paul A. Bonfiglio

June 7, 1967 – May 9, 2026

Paul Andrew Bonfiglio succeeded.

So many people breathed easier because of Paul.

We, as a family, have no words; Paul has been taken too soon and much too fast to adequately state who he was & will always be.

Therefore, we are keeping this simple.

Born and raised in Rockland, Massachusetts, he moved to Hyannis, Massachusetts as a young man, where he raised his family.

He did everything to the fullest. He loved hard, worked hard, and played hard.

He is survived by his three sons, Anthony Bonfiglio, Mathew Bonfiglio, and Paul Bonfiglio; his fiancé Kim Ledoux; six grandchildren; seven siblings; many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles; and too many close friends to count.

He was preceded in death by the mother of his children, Lesley Bonfiglio, nee Maguire, who passed away in 2023; his son, Dominic Bonfiglio, who passed away in 2021; his daughter, Sophia Bonfiglio, who passed away in 2023; his brother, Stefan Bonfiglio, and his father, Dominic Bonfiglio, who both passed away in 2018; and his mother, Barbara Bonfiglio, nee Matacunas, who passed away in 2024.

The Bonfiglio Family wishes to invite friends and family to celebrate Pauls life on Tuesday May 19, 2026 from 5pm-8pm at Magoun Biggins Funeral Home, 135 Union ST, Rockland MA, 02370. A funeral mass will be held on May 20, 2026 at 9AM at Holy Family Church, 403 Union ST Rockland MA, 02370, burial to follow at Holy Family Cemetery, 92 Centre ST, Rockland MA, 02370.
