Obituary For Patricia A. Murphy

Patricia A. Murphy

Patti Murphy passed away at her home in Rockland on December 26, 2025.

Patti was born on January 12, 1958 and was raised in Braintree by the late Robert and Louise Perry.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Her hobbies included boating, cooking, music and always enjoyed a nice cold glass of Bud Light with her wine glass.

Patti is survived by her husband Michael W. Murphy her daughter Erin Clark and her husband Joshua of Pembroke, Grandson Sean Clark and Granddaughter Shea Clark. She is also survived by her siblings: Diane Donnelly and her late husband Robert Donnelly of Orlando FL, Robert Perry of Plymouth, late brother James Perry of Stoughton, Stephen Perry and his wife Eileen Perry of Marshfield, Edward Perry and his wife Leslie of Abington, Peter Perry of Weymouth, Kathleen Bates of Rockland, Joseph Perry of Quincy, her late brother Richard Perry of Braintree and her brother John Perry and his wife Debbie of Rockland. Also survived by many brother and sister in laws, nieces and nephews.

She will always be loved forever in our hearts.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Friday January 2, 2026 from 4-7 at Magoun Biggins Funeral Home, 135 Union St Rockland MA 02370. A Mass will be held at Holy Family Church in Rockland at 9AM Saturday January 3rd 2026, 403 Union St, and a burial at Holy Family Cemetery, 92 Centre St Rockland MA 02370.

    Patty was a sweetheart. She was part of the gang going out on weekends to hear music and have fun. This included Patty, Sharon, Mary, Paula and me. We had some good times. Prayers go out to Michael, Erin and Families. Kathy DeSantis W.

    So sad to hear this. Like Sue O'Brien, I also went to Monatiquot with her. At our last high school reunion she was telling me about her beautiful daughter and grandchildren. So sorry for your losses - may your memories help you through this difficult time.
