There are no words that can express my heartfelt sadness at Michaels passing. Although years have passed, my memories are vivid. He was a man of morals, integrity, laughter and generosity! He will ALWAYS hold a special place in my heart. My sympathy goes out to all of his family at this heartbreaking time.

Anne and I have always cherished our friendship with the Hannigan family. Mike was a major part of that with his charming personality. He was always in a good mood and greeted everyone warmly. Mike was a fun and intelligent person all the way from our high school English class to our book club. Mike will be missed as a person who was always happy to see you and you were always happy to be with him. We will always have the memories of our time together in Scituate and Camp Hannigan. Anne and Fred

To the Hannigan Clan - I'm truly saddened to hear of the loss. Mike was such a good friend and I know how much he meant to all of you. His passing will leave a huge hole that won't be filled by a hug or kind words, but please know, we are thinking of you all. The sadness I feel is only being broken by thinking of him an his infectious hear his laugh. That brings me back to the feeling I always had when with him. Please know our thoughts are with you.
