Obituary For Mary T. Barron

Mary T. (Early) Barron, 79 of Hanover died on January 28, 2013 after a period of failing health. She was born in Boston, daughter of the late James and Nora (Wilkinson) Early and was raised and educated there. She has made her home in Hanover for the past 53 years.

Mary was a devoted mother and grandmother and was proud of her role as a caregiver to Nicole and Michele Monti during their childhood.she looked upon them as added daughters. She loved Irish music and dancing and spent many hours working on crossword puzzles.

Wife of the late Thomas E. Barron, Sr. she is survived by her children, Thomas E. Barron, Jr. and his wife Jeanne of Hanson, Noreen M. Malone and her husband Brian of Hanover, Patricia M. Crawford and her husband Mark of Rockland and Lisa A. Silveira and her husband Timothy of Fairhaven. Also surviving are 13 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren a niece, 4 nephews and a cousin. She was also the sister of the late James S. Early and Ann E. Early.

The Barron family welcomes friends and loved ones to celebrate her life at the Magoun-Biggins Funeral Home, 135 Union St. Rockland on Friday, February 1, 2013 from 5:00-7:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. at Mary of the Sacred Heart Church in Hanover. Burial will follow in Hanover Center Cemetery.

Donations in her memory may be made to the Hanover Visiting Nurse Assoc. 500 Hanover St. Hanover, MA 02339.

    My deepest condolences, for the loss of your mom, I just found out this am 2/2/13, or i certainly would have payed my respects in person, she was a wonderful woman that always made me welcome if i called or visited . I am so sorry for your loss.
