Martin A. Tallent of Abington, formerly of Dorchester. Martin passed away peacefully April 29, 2021. Martin was born January 11, 1936. 85 Years young. Beloved Husband of the late Mary (Magna) Tallent. Loving Father of John Tallent and Paul Tallent both of Abington. Also survived by his Grandchildren Daniel and Joseph Tallent both of Revere and Emily Tallent of Dracut. Also survived by his Brothers and Sisters, Kenneth Tallent and Richard Tallent Sr. both of South Boston. Martin was respectfully a United States Navy Veteran whom served in The Korean War. Relatives, family and friends are respectfully welcomed to Magoun-Biggins Funeral Home 135 Union St. Rockland on Tuesday May 5, 2021 from 4:00-7:00 PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in The Holy Family Church on Wednesday May 5, 2021 at 9:00 AM. Burial with military honors will follow the Funeral Mass in The St. Patrick's Cemetery in Rockland. Martin was loved and survived by many and will be forever missed.
