Marlene K. Carlson passed away peacefully on 5/12/2026 surrounded by her family.

She lived a full life with a quiet grace and loving heart that touched everyone who knew her.

She will leave behind a legacy of kindness, compassion, and an unwavering devotion to her family and her love of God as a devoted Christian.

She was the beloved wife of Carl, whose love and support were a source of great strength and comfort throughout their many years together.

She was a cherished mother to Rick Carlson and his wife Maureen, Wendy Walker and her husband Tim, and Ron Carlson and his wife Heidi. She also adored her 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. They will all remember her gentle wisdom, encouragement, and great joy of laughter.

Though she will be deeply missed, her family takes comfort in the memories she created, the values she passed on, and the love that will continue to guide them for generations to come.

On Thursday May 21st 2026, the Carlson family invites friends and loved ones to celebrate her life in the Magoun-Biggins Funeral Home at 10:00am followed by a service at 11:00am in the Magoun-Biggins Funeral Home 135 Union St. Rockland, Ma 02370

A private burial will be held at Otis National Cemetery
