Margie was one of the most loving mothers that I know. I always told her if I didn't have such a wonderful mother already, I would have chosen her. I have many fond memories of our bingo and lunch dates. We had so many laughs together. She was a great friend and I will forever carry her in my heart. My heartfelt condolences to the Mitchell family. She will surely be missed, but I know she is up in heaven smiling because she's finally with "her Mitch".

My family met the Mitchell's many years ago and were neighbors on Danbury Road for a while. Mitch and Margie were dear friends of my parents Marion and Irv White along with Peg and Lefty and Rita and Fitzy! Such nice memories. With sympathy to the family at this sad time.

My deepest and sincerest condolences I'm so sorry I missed this I was living in Maine for the past 19yrs, and my husband lost a battle with cancer the end of July 2013. How can a couple raise an immense family and extended family of such loving and upstanding people.I know it takes a village and the Mitchell family is a village in themselves Everyone of you as caring and loving as your parents. With God's guidance and their religion to support them. You all should be so proud. They don't make them like Margie Mitchell anymore. To all of the Mitchells I love you, and I'm so sorry for your loss each and everyone of you. Mention her in your prayers, and keep her in your hearts for you will always be in hers. Marge I love you and ((hugs)) to Mitch. I hope your reunion was spectacular. Remember the good times, I'll never forget you ever!! I believe they're dancing together for all of time and watching from heaven. You'll see them again, they'll always be a part of you. God Bless you Marjorie Mitchell and all of your loved ones..

My thoughts are with the family at this sad time. Love, Donna (Chiulli) Murphy - Next door neighbor Myrtle St.

As large as her family was, her heart was bigger. She never sent anyone away even with a packed house, a testiment to kindness and generous nature. Love to you all from Anita 'Sproul', formerly Glen Street. xoxo
