Obituary For Marion G. Chamberlain
Marion G. Chamberlain was born on Halloween 1936 to the late Francis and Marion (Pollard) MacMillan and passed away peacefully on January 11, 2019 surrounded by her family. She was born and raised in Houghs Neck Quincy and was a proud "Necker" til the end.
She enjoyed working for Amtrak at South Station in Boston for 27 years. She loved going to lunch, music and dancing, and was a gifted cross stitcher. Marion was a woman of great faith and a member of Holy Family Church in Rockland.
Marion is predeceased by her beloved son David Chamberlain and her Brothers David & Francis MacMillan. Marion is survived by her daughter Cynthia and her husband Gary of Rockland and her sister Ruth and her husband Thomas Fee of Belmont, NH. More than anything she loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Kristin Eck, Robert Chamberlain, Jessica McKeown, Bethany Zabala, Aliese Gerrish, David Graziano, Lucas and Sydney Eck, Amelia Gerrish, and Rowan and Everleigh Zabala. Marion has a son Brian Chamberlain of East Bridgewater and also leaves behind several loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
A funeral mass to celebrate Marion's life will be held at Holy Family Church in Rockland on Thursday January 17th at 9am.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that a donation be made in Marion's name to Cure SMA, a cause near and dear to Marion's heart because of her son David. Donations can be made at http://www.curesma.org by clicking the "donate now" button.

I will always remember that special weekend I was able to spend with my Aunt Marion in June 2017. I will miss her as I'm sure we all will, but I'm happy she's now pain free and with those she loved dearly. Cherishing the memories, and praying for everyone today.

My deepest condolences and best wishes. My brother Brian and I used to visit and fish with David and Uncle Frank in Houghs Neck. In fact I still have the fishing rod that I was given.
