Dear Carol, Lee and Alan, Thank you for your card telling me of your mother's passing. I am very sorry that I was unaware. She and your dad were great friends of my mother and father. She was a true friend to my mother in her declining years, coming to visit and taking her for rides and lunch. We always enjoyed her as she was so full of life with a wonderful smile. I know you have great memories of her which you'll always cherish. Peter

Alan, Our sincerest sympathy to you and your family at this sad time. We know how special your mom was to you and we know that she will be greatly missed. Tom and I will be in Maine on Saturday for a family commitment and thus, will be unable to attend the service. Know that you will be in our thoughts. We shall toast Marion's long and meaningful life in the days to come. May you find support from your friends - count us in - we are always available. XO Judy and Tom
