Lois Marilyn (Bouldry) Maloney, 81 of Taunton, formerly of Rockland and E. Bridgewater, passed away at home after a courageous battle with cancer on July 22, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 26, 1936 to the late Robert and Phyllis (Fairman) Bouldry. Lois was raised and educated in E. Bridgewater.

She raised her family in Rockland and resided there for 40+ years. She was a former member of the Hatherly Methodist Church in Rockland. She worked as a housekeeper and personal aide for several clients. She was also a waitress at Staney's Restaurant in Holbrook, a bartender at Hosie's in Pembroke, a waitress at Lantana in Randolph and also did catering with the Tall House of Rockland for many years. Before her retirement, she was an employee of the Raynham-Taunton Dog Track for over 20 years. She loved playing bingo, baking, blueberry picking and spending time with her beloved family. She was an avid watcher of her favorite shows "Millionaire", "Wheel of Fortune" and "Jeopardy". She was a devoted and loving mother that worked very hard to raise five children on her own. She loved to dote over all of her grandchildren and made each one feel special in their own way. She was very caring and always helping others whenever she had the chance. She was an amazing woman who was always very giving and selfless. She had a big heart, beautiful soul and will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends.

She was the loving mother of Glenda and her husband Kenneth LaFleur of Springfield, Robert and his wife Pamela Maloney of East Bridgewater, Mark and his wife Bonnie Maloney of Carver, Dianna Maloney of Berkley and Rhonda and her husband Russell Godfrey of Bourne. I worked with Lois for msny years and she always had a smile on her face and you could see she had joy in her heart for her family and life itself. Her joy was very infectious, she left people smiling when they talked to her. I'm so very sorry for your loss.
