Obituary For Logan Genaro Murphy

Logan Genaro Murphy born December-30--1997. Died December-14-2023. He is survived by his parents Thomas and Lori, his brothers TJ and Tyler Murphy, grandparents Robert and Helen D'alessandro, and uncles, aunts, cousins, and nephews. He is now in Heaven with his brother Michael and grandparents Thomas and Debrah Murphy.

Logan took immense pride and pleasure in having a profound relationship with both of his nephews (Connor and Landon). Logan was their favorite. Logan was an extraordinary soul and full of life. He touched many people on his brief journey on this earth. Logan was a great friend to everyone who was blessed to know him. Logan was a beautiful person both internally and externally. Known for his kindness, compassion, and generosity. He was extremely intelligent and full of wisdom. As a child, and throughout his life his love for animals was evident. His inquisitive mind led to his passion in comprehensive understanding of technology. He was the (go to) person when you had a problem or question, he would fix it. Full of compassion and love of others. His acts of kindness were selfless and required no admiration. His honesty and trustworthiness never waivered no matter the situation. He stood firm in his beliefs. He will be greatly missed by all he crossed paths with.

Thomas and Lori felt privileged to have him in their lives. It is believed you pick your own path before you ascend to this earth. They thank God and Logan for choosing them as his parents. The pain of loss, no matter how deep, could never compare to the joy he brought to their lives. Logan's light will shine forever.

Seldom do we ever know why someone so precious is TAKEN from us so soon. We will only know that answer when we reunite with them.

A celebration of his life will be announced at a later date. Any donations under Logan's name shall be made to St Jude.

I can describe no other when thinking of a human who was more passionate and compassionate than Logan. I had the pleasure and privilege to have spent a good deal of time alongside my good friend as we grew from children to young adults. Growing up we shared a similar sentiment that God put us on this earth to spread happiness through laughs and heartfelt moments. I am saddened to see my friend leave so soon but I am comforted by the fact that I know I will see him again someday.
