Obituary For Karyl Wotton

Karyl (Young) Wotton, 93, passed away surrounded by her family on February 12, 2021. She was born in Quincy, MA to the late Herbert Young and Irene (Atkins) Young. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 45 years, Philip D. Wotton. She is survived by her daughter Susan (Wotton) Bryant and her husband Rich, son Michael Wotton and his wife Joan, daughters Karen Wotton, Lisa Wotton, Julia (Wotton) Doyle and her husband Mark and Janet (Wotton) Stewart and her husband Billy. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Karyl was a member of the former Rockland PM Club and the Rockland Garden Club. She was best known for her love of all animals: she would rescue even the smallest of animals and nurture them back to health. She loved bird watching and gardening which gave her peace. She loved camping with her family all over New England, especially Rangeley, Maine. Services are private due to Covid-19.
