Judith A. Dooley, a resident of Halifax, passed away peacefullyon Wednesday August 21st, 2024, at home surrounded by family. She was 77 years of age.

Judith was a loving, gentle soul who would trade her last possession to care for the ones she loved. She is known for keeping a spotless, neat home with an open door to friends and family, any time day or night.

Judy, as her loved ones knew her, enjoyed hobbies such as, music, dancing, playing cards, and most of all, being Nana. She led a life anchored by family, and home. Judy instilled this outlook on life into her children and grandchildren by leading with love and compassion.

Judy is the beloved fiancé of Mike Smith, mother to Russell, Richard, Charles, Roberta, and Regina. Mother-in-Law to Holly, Jessica, and Rebecca. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, 19 grandchildren, great grandchildren, as well as her cherished, protective dogs, Sammy and Tommy.

We’ll miss you Mom, Nana, Ma Doolz, Auntie, Judy.
