Lorraine, Dee,Eileen,Josephine and to the extended family of your mother. We both want to let you know how sorry we are in the loss of your mother. There are no words that we can express to you except that she will be missed. I ,myself enjoyed our conversations with each other. I never thought that my last good talk with her would be the 4th of July BBQ at Dee's house. We talked quite awhile and I will miss that. She was a strong minded woman and told you what she thought no matter what subject was being discussed. We thank all of you for inviting us to go to Ireland with the whole Fitzgerald clan in 2003, I think Teddy and I were the only non Irish people on this trip, but we felt we belonged. I will remember fondly of your mother the time when my Mom passed at Christmas of 2002, she invited us to a New Year's party as she did not want us to be alone without my Mom. The pain of losing someone that you love so much never ends, it eases as years pass, but it will always be there. You all take care of each other as your Mom expects you to do, as she is watching from Heaven with the Good Lord and of course she now has renuited with Tim who has been waiting for her to be with him. They are now together again in love and peace. With Love and God Bless, Teddy and Chrissie

To the Fitzgerald Family, What a wonderful person Josephine was. I did not know her too well, but heard so much about her over the years. She was a devout and caring woman who always looked out for others. She was the very best friend and "Bingo Buddy" to my sister, Jean Lincoln, for 17 years. Anyone who knew Josephine was blessed. It is rare that you meet someone who is so genuinely "good." Josephine was that kind of person. May the love of family and friends, combined with your faith and wonderful memories of Josephine, provide comfort at this very trying time. God bless you. Nancy Vogt

My other mother growing up. Will never forget and am so appreciative of all the love and kindness she gave me. Never forgotten.

  • 05/25/2021

She will truly be missed. She was a great women and while growing up we all loved her as if she were our own grandmother. And the feeling was mutual. She was very caring and was always there for us. We pretty much grew up playing in her front yard and driveway. Tim, Sean, Dan and myself wouldn't maintain the bond that we have today without Nana's loving guidance. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.
