The people we meet in life...are...the people that shape our future. I credit Mr. Anastasi as one of those people. One of the sparks that helped me on a path that has lead me into a career in acting and performing. In 1977and 1978 we performed "Me and my Shadow",(music by Al Jolson)...Me as Groucho Marx and Joe as Groucho's shadow. With a heavy heart...a piece of my youth is gone... I will never forget you.

I will always remember uncle Joe's smile, warmth and his spontaneous singing. He brought life to our lives and welcomed us as children and those memories are eternal. The Anastasi family had a bond that was unique and one that we will cherish and strive to carry on. Our thoughts are with Jeannie, Judy, Michael and children. Love, cousins Paula & Gary
