Who could ever have known that when I met Jack at the hockey rink (he was there for Mark and I for my step-son David) years ago that one day we would be family with a mutual Grand Daughter. You never know who will come in and out of your life but we will always know we were lucky to have Jack as part of our lives. Lexi loved him more than you could put into words and he loved her the same. Maybe he only had 5 short years with her but they were filled with love and happiness that she will never forget. No one could ever forget being loved that much. She is blessed to have those memories to shape her into the person she becomes. As I have been thinking about Jack over the last few days the thing I remember most is there were some very difficult times in his life that he never allowed to make him bitter. He was always kind, warm and smiling and loved his family above all else. He knew what truly mattered. Lyn, Chris, Dan, Mark, Ellen & Pat - I am so sorry for your loss.

Lyn, Chris, Dan and Mark, We are so sorry for your loss. Jack was a wonderful guy and I know he will be missed! I will always remember his kindness and sense of humor. I remember our families being on vacation in NH and Jack and the boys bombarded us with water balloon. Not sure if my dad and I ever got them back for that sneak attack... May your memories comfort you and keep him close in your heart always. You are in our thought and prayers.

Lyn, I will never forget the winter we were up north and I was taking a ski lesson. Jack kept calling to me to say hi but I was concentrating on trying to "ski" and kept hoping he would stop calling me but he didn't. I finally said very quickly, Hi Jack. We laughed so much about that later on. He had such an infectious laugh and will be missed terribly. So sorry for your pain and heartache. Love to you and the boys! Patti F.

Dear Lyn, I was so sorry to hear of your loss and send my love to you, your children, and sisters. Pat sent me a note in her Christmas card. It has been years since we worked together in Boston but I feel that you are still close by. I never met Jack but know he was a man of honor, respect, and humor. My hope is that you will find peace in your memories in the years to come.
