I am so sorry for your loss. I had the pleasure of working with Jeff for many years. He was an incredibly talented Physicians Assistant. He personally did some cosmetic work on me. In my opinion I think he was one of the most skilled injectors and I couldn't imagine anyone doing a better job than him. In addition Jeff was a great person. I know that he is in heaven. My thoughts are with you. Sincerely, Hila

My dearest friend Jeff, You were always there for me when we were kids. Moving to a new town and meeting new friends in a new school was hard but you always made sure I was comfortable with everyone. Your kind sole, your infectious laugh and your sense of humor kept me coming to school everyday! Lots of memories were had. Spending countless hours riding horses at the farm and finally getting you on one was a miracle and not to mention absolutely comical. You helped me through the loss of my mother with all your inspiration and ALWAYS checked in on me. I will continue to think of you often as I always did and will keep you in my memory forever. My condolences to your family, wife and children. Im truly at a loss for words. RIP My dearest friend, Leah Basile Rogers

Words are so insufficient and cannot express the shock, sadness, and profound sense of loss felt by Jeff's passing. Jeff loved his family and had a way of making his friends and co-workers feel as though they mattered. May the Lord especially bless his children, who whenever he spoke of them made his eyes light up and brought a smile to his face. Jeff I will miss your humor and your friendship. I pray you have found peace.

Dear Carolyn and family, We are so sorry to hear of Jeff's passing. We have to make special note of when he was an EMT in Hingham. He 'bailed out ' Uncle Lorenzo on more than one occasion with grace and compassion. We really appreciated that. I especially remember a nice talk as he was taking down the big American Flag on Main Street after the 4th of July celebration. It was fitting of the service he did for the town.

To Jeffs family, my utmost condolences at your loss. Unimaginable. Jeff was a pleasure to work with, I met him some years back at SSH. I would be plugging along, having a miserable day, and he would walk in with his great smile and turn it all around. His kindness is something i will always remember. Although I hadn't seen him in a while, I had the pleasure of running into him this past summer. I remember when he went to medic school, then PA school. Then i bumped into him at the cath lab. He was always turning up in different places, but wherever he was, he took the time to say hello. I will always be thankful I knew him. He will be greatly missed.

To the Blaine family. I am so sorry for the loss of our friend Jeff. I say our friend because I speak for all my classmates.. I cant imagine anyone that didnt get along with him.. He was a smart kid and an excellent athlete. I had the honor of playing baseball against and with him for many years. Thats how Jeff and I developed our secret handshake that we did every time we saw each other in and out of high school. I only saw him a few times after high school but each time I had seen him he was welcoming with that fantastic smile of his. We would reflect on old times and old sayings we used to find hilarious.. I mourn your loss. I am at a loss for words but also wanted to let you know how much of a great person we all thought he was..I am truly saddened and truly sorry.... Your all in our prayers..

  • 05/25/2021

Carolyn and Family, I'm so very heartbroken for you all. I'll always be here for you and the kids. Anything you need, just let me know. I love you. Jen

  • 05/25/2021

My love and sympathies to everyone in the family. I remember when Jeff was born; my son & Jeff did play together quite often when they were small. His Mom may remember the time when she baby sat for Coley & her two sons Jeff & Tom overnight when Jeff & Coley were just infants. I could not have had a better friend than Linda. We have been through good times, sad times and many in between; but the passing of Jeff is the most difficult. God rest your soul Jeff and watch over all of those who love you dearly.

  • 05/25/2021

Know you are all in many thoughts & prayers and will remain there. God Bless

Jeff, all your co workers loved working with you and I felt you were indeed a special person and friend. You kindly volunteered your time and energy to others never seeming in a hurry nor expecting anything in return. I will always be thankful to you for the support you showed for my daughter Eva and our friendship. I regret that we dd not spend more time together even though I always felt we would. You are and will continue to be missed.

  • 05/25/2021

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Blaine family. I was deeply saddened when I heard the news. Jeff was such a nice guy, he always had a warm sincere smile on his face. I don't think this man had a mean bone in his body. I just saw him a few months back at the South Shore Plaza and just couldn't get over how he has not changed since high school and was just as friendly now as in school. You are in heaven and heaven has gained an angel....please shine down on your family and friends and keep them strong. Love Sonya

  • 05/25/2021

My deepest sympathy to the Blaine family.. I clearly recall always being excited on the occasions when Jeff and I would see each other the during the Holidays as children and in early adulthood. It's been years since i've seen him but I recall how we both had a special kinship of sorts, born just a day apart having the same name and sharing the same sense of humor during the family gatherings at the Rooneys. I recall when he started with the EMT and ambulance work and how passionate he was about it.. I remember wishing I had the same passion for my work. He was a bad ass with intergity, an all arouund great person who clearly gave alot to the world and to the people he encountered in it.. My wishes and prayers to his wife, children and mother. He was highly respected by all whomet him. God Bless, Jeffrey McInnes

Oh Jeff, where have you gone? I am confounded by the short breath of your life and time with us. Your smiles reached out to all who saw, your keen sense of humor and quick rhetorical snips lightened our day and had us all amused. We were inspired by your love of life, your many talents of sports, your care of patients, your endless humorous engaging with a crazy surgical team at all unspeakable hours. I pray you have found peace. May the Lord bless your children and family, for whenever you spoke of them your eyes twinkled. Why we could not do the same for you saddens us all.

To the Blaine family. Sorry to hear about the passing of Jeff. I had the privilege of gettting to know him at Bridgewater Fitness. He was one of the strongest guys in that gym. I know, I saw it for myself. No matter how you felt about yourself, he would always see the positive in you as a weightlifter/bodybuilder. I walked in the gym one day 50 lbs overweight. The only thing he said is, "wow, you put on some size"
