Aunt Jacquie, I will always treasure our visit with you three summers ago when we came to visit you. I loved listening to old stories about growing up with my dad and being a "Vigeant". I love you and will miss you. Give my Dad a great big hug...I miss him everyday but I'm happy to know that all the Vigeant siblings are all together again. We will all meet again one day 🙂 To the family of Jacqueline, My heart goes out to you all right now. Stay strong and find comfort in knowing that your Mom is no longer suffering and is with the Lord. Your loving Niece, Polly Vigeant (daughter of Bill Vigeant)

What I will always remember about my Aunt Jacquie was her sense of humor. When I was little I stayed with the Hall family for a short time and remember how aunt Jacquie treated me like her own son. Although we are all feeling the pain of losing you, I feel your in a better place, making eveyone laugh, reunited with people you love. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Hall family, my favorite cousins.

To my mom, I love you and I miss you already. Thank you for waiting for me to go, though you needed to go when necessary. It was so special to me to see you @ the end. Somebody said in a posting that you were the mayor of Rockland, and they took the words right out of my mouth. You are in a better place now and not suffering which is most important. Please tell daddy that I love him and miss him too. Until we meet again, your loving daughter, Jacquie.

My Aunt Jacquie said to me when she first found out of her diagnosis, "God takes a life and gives a life." I will never forget her saying that to me after finding out that I was newly pregnant. Thank you for all of your gifts of love and laughter, right to the end. In Papa Vigeants words, "Janice Marie is full of pee, Judith Ann is a pain in the can and Jacqueline is my queen." He is dancing a Papa gig and doing his thumb clap in heaven now that he has all of his girls together again. So many memories that can never be written in this space of a great Aunt and my wonderful cousins. So glad so many of us could be together laughing and lighthearted just a few weeks ago. Lets do our best to keep that humor alive, that is what all of our Moms would want. My love to you all.

There are a lot of broken hearts here in California. Aunt Jacquie was many things to many people, but to me she was just plain hilarious! I will never forget sitting at her dining room table as a child watching with fascination as she talked and told stories, never saying a word, just staring at her. She would look down at me and say "Now was that an interesting story Jill?" And it always was! I am so happy the McCollum family went back East to see Aunt Jacquie just 3 weeks ago. It was a special trip for us. I will treasure the chime angel she sent to me with the placque "Whispers from heaven" and think of her alongside my mother and know the entire Vigeant family is together at last.

There are no words to express what Jacquie meant to me and my family. She was like another grandmother to me. We always looked forward to our Wednesday night dinners. Kyle would go on and on about everything and "Grandma Jacquie" would always be so surprised at what came out of his mouth! I will always remember the laughs we had working at Marylou's with the "old crew" (especially Angie's pants!). I think Jacquie knew everyone in Rockland! I will also miss our "friendly" Christmas shopping contest. I thought I was pretty good buying gifts in June but Jacquie would always say "I started the day after Christmas last year"! Her and that QVC channel were quite a pair! I could go on and on but instead I will just say Jacquie we love you very much and you will always be in our hearts. I am so glad we got to see you in those last few weeks and I will never forget the surprised look on your face when I walked in. I will treasure it always. Although we are heartbroken to lose you, we will see you again. I love you with all my heart xoxoxo

My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you at this difficult time. Love Nancy, Bob, Paul and Matthew

I worked with Jacquie at Marylou's for almost 7 years and I loved every moment with her. She was such an amazing woman and everyone knew it. We called her our little Marylou's grandmother, because that's what she was. She was always smiling and she put an impression on all of our customers and co workers. She wasn't just a co worker, she was a friend. She was there for me when my father passed away and that meant more than the world to me. I've thought about non stop since she left Marylou's and I'll never stop. I loved Jacquie like she was my family and I will miss her forever. Jacquie was such a special person and if she didn't know it while she was with us, she knows now how much EVERYONE loved her. Lots of love for the Hall family and everyone hurting, I know it's so difficult right now but try to stay strong. <3 Rip Jacquie (The Queen Bee)

Dear Auntie, even though I wrote to you earlier, had to tell you I opened the linen closet tonight and noticed the Rowenta Iron you talked me into buying for Scott, your Godson and my husband. You two love to iron which is rare these days and have to say you both were and are the best most crisp, best dressed people I have ever met. I remember your favorite colors to put together are navy and kelly green. Not to mention the shorts you matched up to wear to work at Marylous always with a sharp crease. Scott goes out the door every morning with the same sharp crease in his slacks and that always puts a smile on my face. I love you two so much, you are really the two peas in a pod and we all three had a great rapport. No wonder we enjoyed your visits to Key West as we all got along so beautifully. Whenever I wear navy and kelly green from now on, will be a tribute to you. So sad for all of us as a legend has come to an end on earth, however thrilled just beginning to grace heaven as we can use all the angels we can get down here. We will see you again, no doubt in our minds. May the Lord stand by you and watch over the entire Hall family.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you, I was so sorry to hear about your mom. I have so many wonderful memories "growing up" in the Hall Home, your mom treated me like her 6th daughter. Pizza night on Friday, pepsi (we didn't have that at our house), dancing in the living room w/Sandy, Sharon brushing my hair, Janice keeping up with Jackie and I, Susan and Mrs. Hall going to Bingo and Steven being the apple of his mother's eye and Mr. Hall watching the Bruins! ! I can remember playing Yahtzee for the first time, and everyone screamed "Yahtzee" (when I got it but did not know what it was), your mom thought it was the funniest thing as you all scared me by screaming! She made me feel so special, so welcomed and I am so grateful for being a part of your family during my childhood years. What a very special person and what a beautiful family she is surrounded by. It is my hope that memories warm your heart during this difficult time. Love, Pammy (Mellor)

Dear Jacquie, Although we are so sad, your funeral mass was a great tribute to a great woman. The church was filled with "so many" people who showed their love for you, their love and support for your family. It was a beautiful thing to see. I am sure you and "Al" were watching from heaven, and saw the beauty of it. While reading the many tributes that have been sent, I came across the one from your nephew/godson, Scott, Wow.....he said it all so perfectly! When I read it I was in awe..........all those words, were you! You will always be in our hearts, thoughts, and prayers. Love you always, Dottie To your children and grandchildren, There are going to be alot of tough days ahead for all of you. Nana Hall had a great impact on all of your lives. I hope you all can find the strength that your Mom/ Nana always had. She was amazing and it is going to be very hard . She really does live in everyone of you, the similarities, are as amazing as she was! She will live forever in your hearts. May God Bless Nana Hall's family... She will be forever missed and loved! Love, Dottie

Mom, I still can't believe that you are gone. This is my second message to you, but I can't stop thinking about you every minute of every day. Dan said some wonderful prayers for you @ the cemetery where you will be joining daddy and he called you his friend. This happened way too soon for everyone. You were so excited to retire and be down the cape and then this happens. Life is just not fair sometimes, but I know we have to go on as hard as it is. I love you and miss you. Jacquie

My sincere condolences to the Hall family I just found out about Jaquie I was wondering where she was when I did not see her at Marylous . we had so much in common we would laugh about who was the qvc queen her or me we decided that we were about equal and the fact that she was seven days older than me. Our b-days are the same month and year , and she always asked about my husband she would say how is my boy Marty doing she said she misses him not coming in for coffee anymore. Because he is in and out of the hospital and in wheel chair. Stephen I'm so sorry that your mom won't be here anymore , but only in the hearts of everyone who knew her .She proudly let it be known that her son Stephen was the apple of her eye Always Jeanette and Martin FoleyW

Dave Bradley & The Bradley Family
To the Hall family, our deepest sympathies, we have all lost a very special person. I will miss Aunt Jackies infectious smile, laugh and zest for life. I will never forget the time everyone came down to my mothers, Jeannette, cape house. Stephen, Aunt Jackie and I were the first ones to get up in the morning. She asked us if we wanted to go to breakfast and if I know a place near by. Stephen and I both said yes. She didn't drive and we were going to bicycle. I got lost on the way and a 1.5 mile ride turned into 5 miles! Jackie never lost her smile but my father, Bob, had to pick us up in his van! That was 35 years ago. You will always be with us, Dave Bradley

To the Hall family, We are so sorry for your loss. Jacquie was a "unique" person. A great lady, a great Mom and a great grandmother! When Jacquie lived in our building...you always knew when it was chicken ziti and broccoli night! Wow! Her cooking always smelled so good. When the UPS truck would come with her "QVC" packages, I used to get excited thinking he was there for me! No...another package for Jacquie!!! She was "one of a kind"! So sweet, caring, loving, and friendly. When there was "sun" she would be in the yard in her chair soaking it up!! When she retired from Marylous, my daughters both said they will never have another great "mochacino" made by Jacquie............she always made them "the best"!! Jacquie was loved by so many people.....the messages that have been sent, are touching, and beautiful. We will always miss her yet, we also know that she is no longer ill. She is sitting with her family, and husband who have gone before her {probably, sitting on the "beach"}, having a great time! She will always live in each and everyone of you. Jacquie will be with you all always. You are all in our thoughts and prayers at this very sad time and always. To you Jacquie...we will love you, miss you, and remember you "forever". May you rest in the peace you have now found, in God's arms. May God Bless you and your entire family...When I look up at the sky, I will always see your smiling face! Lots of laughs, fun, good times, not so good times. but, life is full of those moments. I remember when Jacquie, on the sly, showed me her wedding ring when Leo & She were taking me to Newport R.I. to go on my first overseas cruise in the Navy. They hadn't told our folks yet. My kids loved "Auntie Jacquie" - her humor and contagious laugh made us all feel happy. A good Mom admired by ALL. Say Hi to my "Big" Bro. Ken and all the "kids"

Susan, Sharon, Sandy, Stephen, Jacquie amd Jannie I am so sorry for your loss. Your mom was such a wonderful woman. I have such fond memories of her since we were about 12 years old. So many laughs and stories. There really isn't anything anyone can say to ease your pain. But knowing she isn't in pain anymore and she is with your dad might help a little. God didn't take your mom, he recieved her and he is lucky to have her. She will be missed by us all.
