Obituary For Elaine S. DeFilippo

Elaine Sylvia (Crawford) DeFilippo, 80 of Rockland, Died on May 5, 2018 at the Southwood at Norwell Nursing Center. She was born on April 12, 1938 in Ellsworth, ME to the late Charles and Gerelyn (Ireland) Crawford. Elaine was raised and educated in Abington and was the loving wife of Robert T. DeFilippo.

Mrs. DeFilippo worked as a Clerk for the WearGuard company and was a member of the Rockland Eagles. She was also a long time member of the Jouberts Clothing Club. She loved spending time hosting parties and cookouts with her family and friends. Elaine loved baking, cooking as well as singing and dancing. She enjoyed taking the time out to travel to Provincetown with her husband.

She was the loving mother of Pamela Jones of Scituate, Debra Sheehan of Rockland, Brian Tirrell and his wife Jennifer of Plymouth and Christopher DeFilippo and his wife Beth of Rockland. Elaine was the sister of Sandra Taylor of Braintree and the late Marilyn Yuskaitis. She will be dearly missed by her eleven grandchildren, Jason, Samantha, Scott, Brittany, Daniel, Kimberly, Megan, Esabella, Anthony, Cheryl, and Justin. Also several nieces and nephews and her dog CoCo.

Funeral Services for Elaine will be held privately. A celebration of Elaine's life will be held on June 15, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rockland Eagles. For more information, please visit www.magounbiggins.com

But I know you are in a Far Better Place now so that gives me Comfort.I know you were at the Accident Scene I got the Police Photos from My Attorney and saw a Couple spirit Orbs Mom I shouldn't be Alive But I Believe you were My Angel that day and here we are 6-Months later I am doing so much better I thank you and send many Hugs & Kisses...
