Dear June, Jim and family. I am sorry to know of Dottie's passing. But it is truly a "passing". Passing from this world of family love to the warm, loving embrace of Christ. I'll always remember the times Jim and his "girlfriend" would stop by to say hi, if I was out in the yard,. You dad had the best "girlfriend." Rejoice in the time you had with mom. May the Peace & Love of Jesus comfort you at this difficult time.

Not only was Dottie my mother-n-law, and my sons grandmother (Sithoo), I've known Dottie longer than I knew my own mom. I admired her immensely. She was not only the glue that bonded such a close knit family, she and Githoo had one of the longest successful marriages that I know. That in itself takes one heck of a strong woman. Family, marriage, grandchildren, great grandchildren in her life at all times, truly amazing! She still had her quirky comments even up to a couple of months ago, you would never know she was 95. She will always be remembered and sadly missed. RIP Sithoo.
