Diane N. Bryant, 80, of Whitman, died on June 3, 2018 at the South Shore Hospital after a period of failing health. She was born in Brockton and was the daughter of the late John and Gladys (Mullins) Parker. Diane was raised and educated in Rockland, graduating from Rockland High School in 1955. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Stonehill College in 1959, and later earned her Master's degree from Bridgewater State College. Mrs. Bryant was a member of the South Shore Genealogical Society and was a Trustee of the Dyer Memorial Library in Abington. She enjoyed reading, traveling, and gardening. Diane was also a great cook. More than anything Diane enjoyed spending time with her beloved family. Diane was the beloved wife of Ronald M. Bryant of Whitman. Mother of Sally Bryant and her Husband Steven M. Kaufman of CA. Sister of the late Robert Parker and his wife Beverly Parker of Hanover. Sister-in-law of Maryellen Walsh of FL, Paul R Bryant and his wife Carol of Rockland, Deborah Bryant and her late husband Bruce of Yarmouth, Mark Bryant and his wife Helen Martocchio of Newbury, and the late Walter D. Bryant. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
