Obituary For Daniel F. Maimaron

Daniel F. Maimaron (Danny) age 60, a resident of Rockland, passed away unexpectedly on March 23, 2018, at his home.  Danny was born on January 31, 1958 in Dorchester MA. He was the dear son of the late Lawrence (Tommy)  Maimaron and  Christine Walter. Danny, was the proud dad of two sons, Jonathan Maimaron of Wilmington, MA and the late Justin Maimaron of Wilmington, MA.  He also leaves his dear sister Christine (Maimaron) Sullo and her husband Steven of Acushnet, his loving brother Kurt and his wife Jennifer of Mineola, New York, his brother Larry and his wife Laura of Braintree, MA along with five nephews, two nieces and his precious Goddaughter, Kimberly Hoffman as well as many caring and devoted friends.  Danny owned and operated his own awning business for years. He enjoyed fishing and loved riding his motorcycle, but most of all he treasured the time spent hanging out with his family and friends– swapping tales and crazy jokes.  Danny will be fondly remembered as a caring and devoted father, brother and a great friend to many. He had a huge heart – he, as well as his big laugh and giant bear hugs will forever be missed by all who loved him. Â

Condolences

Dan was a loyal and generous friend. He would give you his last dollar if you needed it. He always wore his heart on his sleeve, which sometimes worked against him. I will miss the many times we spent joking and laughing together. He had a great sense of humor and a laugh to match. Much as I will miss his company, I'm glad his pain and suffering are over.
    Rest in peace, brother.

I really liked him and enjoyed his humor and adventurous personality. He was funny and a really good person. May he rest in peace and saying a prayer for Dan today.

To all of Danny's family and friends, my fiance, son, and I would like to express our condolences. Danny was such a funny and caring apartment manager. We will never forget all the times he has helped us and invited us for dinner. We will truly cherish all of the memories we had with him. We will miss you being across the hall from us. Love, his neighbors, Jimmy, Heather, & Zach

To my dearest friend in the world. Danny & I met 43 years ago and became the best of friends. Dan was not only the best man in my wedding but the best man that I knew. He was a tremendously funny person with the most loveable personality. We remained the best of friends and communicated often. I will truly miss him & will never forget all the times that we shared since 1973.
    With LOVE ALWAYS.
