I can never put into words all the things my mom meant to me. She was my rock, my best friend, my teacher of life. I am so proud to be her daughter and I was so lucky to have her as a mom. I will never understand why she was taken from us so soon but all her pain is gone and that is what I need to remember to help get through this. Mom, i love you a million dollars in pennies and I will think of you everyday until we meet again. All of my love, Punky xoxo

My dearest sister Danice, Today was the hardest day of my lIfe. I said my final goodbye to you, gave you my last kiss and saw you for the last time. You made me laugh , gave me unconditional sisterly love, kindness and strength when I needed it. You never turned away . I will never, ever forget you. I have a part of you in me that was given to me the day I was born...a bond between sisters that never was broken or damaged..many can not say that. The love us sisters have for each other will continue on and we will always keep you in our hearts, by our sides and know you are now our shining star guiding us through each day. Danice and I have been friends since high school. She was one of the first friends to know when I started dating my future husband. She drove me crazy asking questions, while talking non-stop about 'my Dave'. Her energy was contagious. That never changed. I hope God knows that she's going to talk his ear off ! Go in peace, dear friend.

I love you and will see you again someday, I know you will be at the fun table saving us all seat! Love Forever, Kerry

When I first started dating Derek he would say to me, "I can't wait for you to meet my mom, you guys are so much alike" When I met Danice almost 20 years ago we instantly hit it off. She always had a smile on her face, a story to tell, and the love of her family in her eyes. I was honored to be compared to her-and accidentally being called "Ma" by Derek. Danice will be greatly missed by so many people. She is now a guardian angle looking over her family, helping them. watching and LAUGHING. She found Humor in everything. She will be laughing with us--and at some of us (me). I know she'll be there if I can't figure out how to open a camper door so I don't have to spend an hour or two locked in again. She still reminded me and laughed years later at that. Danice, I love you, and Thank you for being the BEST mother in law anyone could ever ask for!! Annie ---Ann Marie

Dierdre, Dave, Derek, Roger, Ann and Kyle It is not very often that you get the honor of meeting such a wonderful person as Danice. She welcomed everyone with open arms, she made you feel as if she had known you for years and it was only a few. She always laughed, smiled and had a joy about her that can't be described. My heart breaks for you all, as Danice was loved so much. It was seen everytime there was a party, football game or pictures. She was a "mom" to many in a large way or for some a very small way. Please take comfort in knowing that you have the most amazing angel that anyone could ask for. She will be with you everyday, in things that you say, people you see or the smile on your faces. We all cried the day she passed away, but the heavens smiled as they welcomed a beautiful angel.May you find comfort in all of you wonderfull memories of her.
