Obituary For Curtis P. Rule
Curtis Porter Rule
Curtis Porter Rule, 74, of Rockland, Massachusetts passed away suddenly at South Shore Hospital on June 2, 2024. He will be dearly missed. Curt was born in Abilene, Texas on September 19, 1949, to Virgil Harrison Rule and Julia Carnila (Connie)
Childress. He served in the Navy from 1968 to 1974 as a radio mechanic.
After mustering out of the Navy, he worked for the Whitman Company, Inc. for many years. After retiring he enjoyed playing Geronimo and Bingo with his friends at the Senior Center. He spent time with his family watching TV, doing word puzzles and going out to dinner.
During that time, he fell in love with and married Linda Ann Wright of Rockland for 52 years and made Massachusetts his home. He was a loving husband and father as well as a devoted grandfather.
He is survived by his children, Elizabeth (Rule) Feudo and husband Ricco Feudo, Patrick Rule and fiancé Karen Ladd; his sister, Robbin Hardegree and husband Eric Hardegree of Abilene, Texas, and his grandchildren Megan Feudo and Nicholas Feudo.
The Rule Family wishes to invite Friends and Family for Visitation and a Prayer Service, Thursday June 27, 2024 starting at 11:30 at Magoun Biggins Funeral Home, 135 Union St, Rockland MA 02370, followed by a burial at The Mass National Cemetery, Connery Ave, Buzzards Bay, MA 02542.

He will be missed by everyone at the senior center, I remember how much he enjoyed doing all the word search puzzles and attending all the special programs.
