To All of the Mantia Family, We are so very sorry for the loss of your Dad, a great man, my Dad's best friend, and our very special friend. We wanted to bring my Dad to the services but his medical issues just would not allow us to get there. My Dad and I speak of "Cos" every day and we reminisce about the days of their fishing excursions. One story I will never forget is when my Dad took me along fishing for the very first time with my brother I was reeling in the line almost as soon as I casted. My Dad yelled at me and told me to leave it in the water and I would catch a fish. I turned and looked at Cosmo with big sad eyes and he said, "Guido let her try it her way and see what happens." So my Dad said OK and guess what? I caught a fish! My Dad looked at Cosmo and shook his head and said, "That's a female for you, never listen but always make things happen!" I remember giving Cosmo a big hug and kiss! And I was taken along a few more times with them. That's how I'll always remember him. I'm sure my Dad will miss talking to him but they will reunite soon and start causing trouble again. Love to you all and hopefully we can get together sometime soon!!!!
