My condolences to Mary, Jay and the rest of the family. Aunt Connie will forever be one of my favorite people. She was so kind, and spirited. We had great conservation about art, my tattoos and how she wanted pink hair like mine! I always enjoyed spending time with her on the holidays she will be greatly missed.

So sorry to hear of Connie's passing. I am in Florida and will not be able to visit you on Friday. I am so glad to have seen her last year and share some memories including that I still have the portrait she did of me in high school ( my kids refer to it as Mom's Dorian Grey picture) May you find peace in knowing she had a wonderful life and was loved by many.

Prayers for Connie; good wishes for the family. Although I never met Connie (just missed her a couple of times),I did speak with her on the phone once or twice Once I found her in my genealogy, I followed her through newspaper clippings. She was my second cousin on my father's side. I believe her grandmother, Elizabeth, was credited with discovering the Great Hanover Fire.

Instantly recognized her name and was brought back to when I was learning to draw/paint, and she was a helpful inspiration at the Scituate Arts Association. A remarkably focused and talented artist! Peace to Connie and her family.

I remember Constance so well. She did portraits of me and my three brothers in 1961. I was a high school freshman. Just two weeks ago I took my portrait from my mother's home to hang it in my mine. Being the prefect child in the family, I was the only one who sat still for her! I have such a pleasant memory of her and that experience nearly 60 years ago!
