  • I cannot begin to explain how much Carol made me smile. Her enthusiasm and 'tell it like it is' approach each day made working with her fun. We had the honor of working with Carol for the last five years. On occasion when I was down, a note would pop up in my inbox from Carol to offer a smile and a boost. Work isn't going to be the same without her wicked laugh and sly smile. Warmest wishes to her family and those who loved and appreciated Carol's wonderful aura. - John McSheffrey
