Carol Ann (Olszowy) Welch, 67 of Kingston died at her home on July 5, 2013 surrounded by and cared for by her family. She was born in Boston, daughter of the late John and Victoria (Warjas) Olszowy and was raised and educated there.

Carol received her degree in education at Boston State College and had been a teacher at Braintree High School for many years. She later taught at Massasoit Community College and the Calvary Chapel Academy in Rockland.

She is survived by her husband George M. Welch, Jr. and their children Rachel E. Welch of Hanover and George M. Welch, III of Somerville. She was the sister of John and Jeanine Olszowy of Dorchester and Andrew Olszowy of Westwood. The family welcomes friends and loved ones to celebrate her life on Thursday July 11, 2013 at 11:00 AM in the Calvary Chapel, 175 Market Street in Rockland. Burial will follow in Spring Lake Cemetery. Donations in her memory may be made to Calvary Chapel.
