My loving sympathy to Betty's family for the loss of this beautiful lady. Betty and I go back 23 years and she quickly became a dear, dear friend. She was one unique, strong and caring woman who will be so very missed by so many. I celebrate having had her in my life - she taught me many lessons and shared many stories and laughs. Love you Betty.

Betty was such a joy at Hatherly Church. Always willing to lend a helping hand. I remember she and her sister would baby sit me (quite a while ago by the way) and Hal and I would watch television together. She was quite the woman and always had a kind word. She will be missed. She would drive Jane to church every Sunday and I would drive Jane home. A team effort!

My sincere sympathies to your family. I met Betty while helping to care for her sister. In the short time I knew her, she shared so many wonderful stories of her life and of her family along with photographs - the sisters in the Navy, her father's "Indian" motorcycle, portraits of the girls - I could have sat and listened for hours.

I always enjoyed working with Betty at South Shore Hospital.. She had so many wonderful stories about her sisters and herself during the war, and she was so proud of their service. I am happy to have known her.
