My heart is broken. Ashley was warm, loving and caring. She was sentimental, creative and artistic. Ashley wore her heart on her sleeve. I'm thankful for all the letters and handmade cards that she sent me over the last few years. I will miss our "chats", the ones she sometimes referred to as "lectures", lol. Rest In Peace, Ashley. She was a welcoming and open friend and sad we lost touch over the years. I think of her often when watching basketball.
