We met in 1974 at what was then Stop& Shop headqtrs. on D St.South Boston..we loved talking,.sports and Mass politics ..we respected each others political differences and moved on to enjoy good times together with our wives at the time..one funny story..not to Tony so much.. was while at Caribbean resort , Tony got too close to an on premises monkey cage. We named the monkey Pepe, Peppe ripped Tony's glasses off his face.Would not give them back no matter what we did or try to barter with. The animal caretaker had to go in and retrieve them. Will miss Tony and as Frank Sintra sang .."regrets were but a few",.. but my living in FL meant only seeing him perhaps once a year....RIP in peace my friend and stay away from Pepe . A tear shed for a life that should have not ended the way it did.. loving regards, ❤️ Harry
