Obituary For Ann E. Garner

Ann E Garner, of Rockland, MA passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Sunday July 19, 2020 after her valiant battle with cancer for the last 7 years. Beloved wife of 57 years to Larry A Garner. Ann was born in Weymouth, MA and a graduate of Cardinal Spellman High School. She has been a resident of Rockland for the last 50 years.

Ann enjoyed reading and afternoon lunches with Larry. She and Larry also spent much time in the last 57 years travelling together. Summer trips to Kennebunk were her most recent favorite. She was also very passionate about spending the holidays with her family all together.

Ann is survived by her husband Larry, her two sons; Michael and his wife Lisa; Scott and his fiancé Barbara; two grandchildren; Jennifer and the late Michael. She also leaves behind many other extended family members and close friends.

Due to the recent health crisis, there will be a private service for immediate family only. A celebration of life will be held Saturday July 25, 2020 at 12:30 PM at the Garner residence - 63 Pleasant St. Rockland, MA. All family and friends will be welcome (please remember to bring a mask).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the "Legacy 24 Foundation" - 53 Pleasant St. Rockland, MA 02370. All donations received will then be forwarded to NVNA and Hospice in Ann's name.
