Obituary For Agnes N. Heshion

Agnes N. (Brown) Heshion, 87 of Norwell formerly of Rockland died on October 6, 2011 at the Norwell Knoll Nursing Home. She was born in Boston, daughter of the late Robert and Flora (Norwood) Brown and was raised and educated there. A longtime Rockland resident she has made her home in Norwell for the past 16 years.

Agnes had been employed at the Rockland Trust Co. in the bank card service division for more than 30 years. She retired in 1995. Mrs. Heshion had served as a volunteer with the Meals on Wheels Program and also devoted her time at South Shore Hospital. She was also an avid sports fan.

She is survived by her children Charles Heshion and his wife Judy of Rockland, David Heshion and his wife Elaine of Taunton, her grandchildren Eric Heshion and his wife Christine, Joseph Heshion, Brian Heshion and his fiancé Sarah Duquette and Jennifer Heshion. Also surviving is her great grandson Brody Heshion.

The Heshion family welcomes friends and loved ones to celebrate her life on Monday, October 10, 2011 in the Magoun-Biggins Funeral Home 135 Union St. ROCKLAND from 5:00-8:00 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held in Holy Family Church on Tuesday October 11, 2011 at 9:00 AM. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Rockland. Donations in her memory may be made to the Norwell Visiting Nurse Assoc. 120 Longwater Drive Norwell, MA 02061.
